专利说明:
Set of screen profiles stacked on top of each other, composition from several such sets placed next to each other and screen profile The invention relates to a set of at least two identical screen profiles stacked on top of each other and rotated relative to each other for a screen installation on a greenhouse or greenhouse, which screen profiles each comprise a body as well as two mounting profiles spaced apart on either side of the body for wire guides of the screen installation, which body has a rear side to be turned towards a screen cloth of the screen installation and a front side facing away from the rear side. Screen profiles are frequently used in a greenhouse or department store as part of a screen installation. Such screening installations can be intended for screening off cultivation in the greenhouse against an excess of sunlight. These screen installations can also act as insulating means, for example for preventing heat loss from the greenhouse. Another purpose of a screen installation can be to prevent the emission of light that is used during cultivation. Screen profiles are extruded and then bundled into larger packages in connection with transport and delivery to the construction site. The screen profiles perform various functions, in particular the opening and closing of the screen cloth attached thereto. Since the screen profiles have a specific shape that is specially adapted to those functions, such as compressing a screen cloth to the smallest possible package, it is often not guaranteed that such a bundle is stable in itself. The bundle is therefore wrapped with, for example, plastic or metal bands. Even then, however, it still appears in practice that handling the bundle is problematic because the screen profiles in the bundle can shift relative to each other. It should further be borne in mind that the screen profiles usually do not have a shape that makes it possible to "nest" the screen profiles, i.e. to stack them on one another in the same orientation. For various reasons, however, it is desirable that the bundle have a stable structure. Not only the aforementioned transport is important, but it may also be desirable to subject the bundled profiles to other operations, such as applying a flexible lip to each profile separately. Such a lip plays a role in sealingly connecting the screen profile to a girder and the like. The object of the invention is therefore to provide a screen profile that can in particular be stably handled in a bundle. This object is achieved in that the front side of the body has positioning means and that the positioning means of those two screen profiles cooperate with each other such that said screen profiles are stabilized and / or aligned relative to each other against transversal movements along the bodies. Alternatively, the positioning means can be designed such that the screen profiles are blocked relative to each other against transverse displacements. According to yet another possibility, the positioning means of the screen profiles are incorporated into each other and / or nested. Furthermore, the body of one screen profile can rest on the body of the other screen profile, but this is not necessary. Viewed in the longitudinal direction of the profiles, these can remain slidable relative to each other. Screen profiles according to the invention can be stably stacked on top of each other in mutually twisted condition. This means in particular that they cannot shift laterally relative to each other, which is usually a problem with the traditional bundles. The screen profiles are rotated relative to each other and therefore not nested. This rotation is preferably effected by rotating the screen profiles about their longitudinal axis relative to each other, preferably by 180 degrees. In this condition, if the screen profiles are stacked and delivered to a construction site, such as in a greenhouse, they can all be easily brought into the correct orientation in connection with assembly. This orientation means that they must be set "upright", that is with the top of the cross-section above and with the bottom of the cross-section below. In this variant, this can easily be achieved by lifting an upper screen profile from a lower screen profile, and then rotating it around its longitudinal axis. This is a very simple operation, especially with long profiles. It is not necessary to rotate the profiles about a vertical axis, which would be impossible in particular in a greenhouse in which there are many columns. The positioning means by means of which the stable state is obtained can be designed in various ways, and for example in the form of at least one ridge and a groove. Incidentally, the body of the screen profile, apart from such a ridge and groove, can be flat, such that the flat parts of the bodies touch each other essentially completely. It is desirable to provide further screen profiles on such a set of two screen profiles stacked on top of each other. In that connection, the mounting profiles play a role which are located on the longitudinal edges of the body. According to the invention, said fixing profiles are located at the rear of the body such that the front of the body is essentially free of projecting parts. It is now possible to provide a set with at least three identical screen profiles stacked on top of each other, two of which have the same orientation and the third of which has an orientation rotated relative to those two and is situated between the two, the mounting profiles of each screen profile being connected to their free ends facing away from the body carry positioning means such that the fixing profiles of one of the screen profiles are placed against the fixing profiles of a screen profile with different orientation and that screen profiles can be blocked relative to each other against transversal movements along the webs. With this set, the screen profiles are therefore stacked on top of each other with their webs and with the free edges of their fixing profiles. Said fixing profiles can on the one hand comprise a groove and on the other hand a ledge. The profiles on the front of the body usually have a flexible lip protruding from the body. The stack is most stable if the web of the bottom screen profile of the stack is facing up. The invention further relates to an embodiment in which a plurality of stacks are positioned side by side. Since each stack is stable, such a multiple stack is also stable and can be transported in a stable manner. Typically, such multiple stacks are held side by side by plastic bands and the like. The invention therefore also relates to a composition from a plurality of sets as described above, which sets are placed next to each other and wherein stop means are provided for positioning the sets of profiles in transverse direction relative to each other. The stop means can preferably be located on the free edge of at least one of the mounting profiles. In a special embodiment, wherein at least two stacks are provided, of which at least one stack comprises at least three screen profiles and of which an adjacent stack comprises at least two screen profiles, the stop means can be at the free edge of the third profile of the stack of at least three screen profiles abut against the stop means on the free edge of the second screen profile of the stack calculated from below with at least two screen profiles. Preferably, a space can also be saved for receiving the flexible lip arranged on each screen profile. The flexible lip of each screen profile then extends essentially freely in a gap between two adjacent stacks, which gap is determined by the abutting stop means of screen profiles from both stacks. Preferably the groove is freely accessible for threading the lip into the relevant profile while it is in the stack. The invention further relates to a screen profile for use with the set and / or the composition as described above, comprising a body and two spaced apart mounting profiles for wire guides of the screen installation, which body is to be transferred to a screen of the screen installation. reverse side and front side facing away from the rear. According to the invention it is provided that the front side of the body has positioning means for stable positioning of a stacked, further screen profile along the body. The invention will then be further described with reference to the exemplary embodiment shown in the figures. Figure 1 shows a cross-section through a screen profile according to the invention. Figure 2 shows an assembly of two stacks of screen profiles. Figure 2a shows the detail Ha of Figure 2. The screen profile 1 shown in Figure 1 consists of a body 2, an upper mounting profile 3 and a lower mounting profile 4. Furthermore, a basic bucket 5 is provided at the location of the transition between the body 2 and the lower mounting profile 4, and an auxiliary sleeve 6b location of the transition between the body 2 and the upper mounting profile 3. These sleeves 5, 6 provide the screen profile 1 with the desired torsional rigidity; the shifted positioning of the fixing profiles 3, 4 as well as the slightly oblique position of the body 2 provide the screen profile 1 with the desired bending stiffness in different directions. In addition, these two tubes ensure that the profile is dimensionally stable, also during cooling thereof immediately after extrusion. The sleeves then ensure that the cooling period over the cross-section of the profile is almost uniform, such that warping can be avoided. These mounting profiles 3, 4 are intended for receiving wire guides 7, 8 shown schematically by means of which the screen profile 1 can be guided back and forth along the wires 9, 10 which are fixedly mounted in the structure of the greenhouse. Incidentally, drive wires are also attached to the screen profile 1, which are known per se and are not further shown. As an alternative to drive wires, pull / push tubes can also be used. Finally, the screen profile 1 has a retaining profile 11, to which the schematically shown screen cloth 13 is attached by means of the fixing clips 12. A flexible lip 27 is slid onto the screen profile 1 in the groove 28, which lip serves for connecting the screen profile against, for example, a beam. The body 2 is substantially flat, and has a rear side 14 facing the screen cloth and a front side 15 facing away therefrom. At the front side 15 of the body 2, a groove 16 and a ledge 17 are provided. This groove 16 and ridge 17 are substantially V-shaped, and have oblique, flat surfaces 18 and 19 respectively, which define the V-shape. The mounting profiles 3, 4 are located on one side of the body 2, and on the rear side 14 thereof. At the free end the upper fixing profile 3 has a ledge 20, while the lower fixing profile 4 has a groove 21 at the free end. The utility of the grooves and ridges 16-21 will then be discussed with reference to Figure 2. Figures 2 and 2a show a number of screen profiles 1,1 ', ... according to the invention that are piled on the substrate 22. The lower screen profiles 1 are supported with the mounting profiles 3, 4 on the substrate. In total, two stacks are shown which are indicated by the reference sign 23. In the exemplary embodiment of Figure 2, each stack 23 consists of a total of six screen profiles 1, T, .... In that connection, a further one is shown on the first or bottom screen profile 1. or second screen profile Γ that is rotated through 180 degrees relative to the lower screen profile 1. This means that the body 2 'of the further screen profile Γ lies flat on the body 2 of the lower screen profile 1. The ledge 17' of the further screen profile 1 'protrudes into the groove 18 of the lower screen profile 1. This means that the surfaces 19' of ridge 17 'lie flat against the surfaces 18 of the groove 16. Furthermore, the ledge 17 of the lower screen profile 1 projects into the groove 16 "of the further screen profile 1". This means that the surfaces 19 are flush with the surfaces 18 'of the groove 16'. A stable support of the further screen profile 1 'with respect to the lower screen profile 1 has thus been obtained, such that displacements of said screen profiles relative to each other are prevented transversely to a cross section and along the webs 2, 2'. It can be said that the grooves / ridges are interlocked or nested together. A third screen profile 1 "is placed on the second screen profile 1 '. As shown in Fig. 2a, the ledge 20" of this third screen profile 1 "is received in the groove 21' of the second screen profile 1". the second screen profile 1 'in the groove 21 "of the third screen profile 1". As a result of this stacking with interlocking grooves and ridges 21', ... and 22 ', ... a stable stacking of the second and third screen profile, secured in cross section along the webs 2 ', .... The second stack 23 is of stable construction in a corresponding manner. Both stacks abut each other, with the parts 24 defining the groove 21 'of, inter alia, the second screen profile 1' in the left stack and the parts defining the groove 21 "of the third screen profile 1" in the right stack , 25 'and 24 ", 25" respectively. These stops 24, ..., 25, ... are selected such that a space remains between adjacent profiles of the stack 23. This space 26 is just sufficient for receiving in each case a flexible lip 27 of the screen profile 1. The provision of the lip 27, while the profile is in a stack, is also possible thanks to this space 26. List of reference characters 1. Screen profile 2. Body 3. Upper fixing profile 4.
